We accept all artwork files, but it must first be digitized before it can be sewn, which is a one time fee of $100.

(Q) What is the first step in ordering your NY Embroidery?

Here’s where we begin.  Let say you decide to e-mail us your school mascot or company logo.  One of our artists or digitizers hand-draws your logo into a program that’s called a “Punching” or “Digitizing” program.   The purpose is that with the aid of the digitizing program we will instruct our embroidery machines on just exactly where to place every stitch of your design.  Once this is done we have your artwork on a disk that our equipment will be able to turn into stitches on a garment.

 

(Q) How are garments embroidered?

Our embroidery machines use the latest and most efficient methods in stitching your design.  We can implement the design into the computerized control panel into which the stitches are then sewn into the garments

 

(Q) With a small order (10 shirts for example), how soon could I expect it completed?

In most cases, small orders can be accommodated within 7-10 business days. Also, keep in mind, we ship orders daily so there’s no need to visit our office if it is out of your way.
